M5 ITNetworks guarantees all parts that we sell whereby we will replace them, of arrange for their repair without charge for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Should a problem be experienced, simply call us.
After this 30 day period, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. M5 ITNetworks can provide service on all manufacturer's warrantied equipment at the service rate of $100/ Hour.
